Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we conduct a mediation — those are set out in the agreement to mediate that both parties sign before a joint session.
Use of this site
You may read, print and copy pages from this site for your own personal use, including to give to a former partner or a solicitor. You may not republish it commercially or present it as your own.
Enquiries
Please do not send detailed information about the other party through this website. We may be unable to accept a mediation if we have received one side’s account in detail before making contact with the other, because our neutrality has to be real and has to be visible to both parties.
Email and web forms are not secure. If a matter is sensitive, telephone us instead.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
